Day 3 of the Bookish Bingo read-a-thon is at an end! We are officially halfway done – AND today is a mini-challenge day! If you updated your progress at all (twitter, IG, Goodreads, etc) make sure to snag that entry in the Rafflecopter form at the bottom of the page! We’re going to be updating our progress every night for the duration of the read-a-thon, so be sure to check back in and see how we’re doing! If you have no idea what I’m talking about, or if you want to join in the fun, check out the signup post here. Now, let’s take another look at the card.
Pages Read Today: Between Shades of Gray– 150 pages
Bingo Squares Covered: Based on a real event
Day 3 Thoughts: This book is already killing my feels and I’m only almost halfway through it. It’s still a few hours before this day is over for me, so I should be able to at least reach the halfway mark of this one. Will probably also pick Cinder back up before I go to sleep.
Pages Read Today: The Dream Thieves – 115
Bingo Squares Covered: STILL working on this square for TDT. Tomorrow!
Day 3 Thoughts: Today was super busy – it always is when my husband’s home, takes up a lot of my attention tbh. But also The Raven Cycle is not the fastest-paced book around, so even though I feel like I’m reading a lot, I’ll look down at the page number and it’s barely moved. However I am 100000% in love with Ronan so it’s all v v good to me.
Today’s mini-challenge is a scavenger hunt of sorts. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to find five books that make up a bingo on the Bookish Bingo board. Line them up, pose them, do whatever you want with them, snap a photo, and share on any outlet of your choice! Then come back and snag another entry into our giveaway! Here’s my example:
Set Over 200 Years Ago: Lady Thief by A.C. Gaughen
March, April, or May Release: Exit, Pursued by a Bear by E.K. Johnston
Criminals: Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo
Metallic Lettering: The Winner’s Crime by Marie Rutkoski
Based on a Real Event: Lies We Tell Ourselves by Robin Talley
