It seems as though it’s time for me to complete another readathon. This one is hosted by Aentee @ Read at Midnight. Once I saw that this one involved Harry Potter, I knew I had to get in on it. Combining Harry Potter with reading diverse books and you’ve got yourself a happy blogger. This readathon will go from January 1st to January 15th & numbers of pages read will earn us House Points
Now onto the fun stuff. I will be reading for Slytherin. I debated on reading for Ravenclaw instead because Pottermore says I’m in Ravenclaw, but changed my mind.
I am totally here for this one. There aren’t enough YA books about girls who identify as bisexual. This resonates with me even though I didn’t realize I was bisexual until I was 18.
Gahhhh, I cannot believe I haven’t read this one yet. It’s been on my Kindle FOREVER. It features a culture that I am not well versed on and a culture that gets crapped on ALL THE TIME.
This book has interested me FOREVER and I cannot believe I haven’t picked it up yet. Hello gender fluid MC! Super stoked about this one.
I will be buying this book on New Year’s Day and I cannot wait to dive in. Course this means I’ll probably be reading Elliot Wake’s books out of order, but who cares.
I’ve owned this book since it came out and I have not read it yet. Don’t kill me. I’ve heard great things about the female empowerment in this one & I’m STOKED.
Yet another one that I really need to read. I’ve heard this one is chock full of diversity, so YAAAAY!
I had this book as an eARC and was so excited about it, but because 2016 was such a crappy year reading wise, I just never got to it. I think it was Shelly who recommended it to me.
Are you doing this challenge? Are we reading any of the same books?
