stacking the shelves

Oh man this week was absolutely insane, but in the best way possible.  I joined Bekka here after some careful consideration, and I can honestly say that it was the best decision I’ve made in awhile. Bekka and I work well together and we have so many great ideas for this blog. Thank you everyone for the warm welcome, I am excited to call this place, my new home. On the personal side, my mom underwent an MRI to see if they can figure out what’s causing her pain. There have been several possible diagnoses recently, but nothing concrete.

this week’s posts

The blog was super busy this week. Bekka posted her monthly wrap-up for November, so go check out what she was up to during November. She also posted her Stacking the Shelves post on Saturday. Be sure to check out what she got for review as well as her birthday. I posted my first official post on Sunday, talking about my favorite “Dark” Contemporaries. On Monday, Bekka shared her thoughts on Goodreads ratings. Tuesday, Bekka and I shared our favorite new to us authors of 2015. On Thursday, Bekka talked about playing with format, perspective and voice. On Friday, I talked about the hype problem and how I hope to deal with it in the future.
