Stacking the Shelves #91

Hi everyone. I’m feeling some major burnout and just generally down today, so I’ll make this short. First, Alexia is taking a hiatus due to some family issues, so it will just be me for a bit. However, I think I’ll be taking the next week off from blogging and possibly social media because ugh, I’m just really, really not doing well. Anyway, the last couple weeks have been mostly boring. A few trips to the library, a physical therapy […]

Hi guys! Wish I had some exciting news to share, but I don’t. It’s been a boring few weeks since I talked to you all. My brother’s test did not happen. He ended up in the ER and the doctors actually thought he had a stroke, which thankfully he did not. He’s doing it again, right now as I am typing this. Really hoping he gets through it because we need to know if he’s gonna need surgery. If not, […]

Hey everyone! Once again I had a full couple of weeks. Rosie had a handful of appointments, including physical therapy, which she’s very nearly graduated from! We also had my dad visit for the weekend, and we all went to the zoo and did some shopping. I also tried that Unicorn thing from Starbucks and eh. this week’s post Top Ten Things That Make Us Instantly NOT Want to Read a Book A-Z Bookish Survey Recent DNFs LGBTQIA Challenge Check-In […]

Hi guys! These last two weeks have been absolutely insane. My laptop finally died it’s final death and I had to get a new one. Honestly, I’m really not liking this one all that much, plus the audio & speakers are horrible, so it’s going BACK to the store this weekend. We also had to threaten my wheelchair company with a lawsuit if they didn’t come out and fix my wheelchair ASAP. No surprise that I had it temporarily fixed […]

Hi guys! Well after an early morning at the hospital on Monday, we finally have a diagnosis for my brother. The doctor came out and spoke to our family after the procedures were done and said that her suspicions were confirmed, that is IS Crohn’s Disease. He has an appointment on Tuesday to discuss a treatment plan. So finally, after over a YEAR of not knowing what was wrong with him (but knowing SOMETHING was) we have a diagnosis. I […]

Hi everyone! The last two weeks have been, once again, crazy. I didn’t realize how full my days and my schedule would be just by adding one more person to our family. But now it seems like every day is busy and when I blink, hours have passed by in a blur. Rosalie had her first physical therapy session last week and it didn’t go so well. She was hungry and angry the whole time. But we learned a few […]
